Our Top Hosts

Every year, we honour hosts who stand out in terms of booking success and hospitality as Top Hosts! 

The criteria include:

The Top Host label is awarded each year to hosts and their holiday homes that have performed exceptionally well in the previous year. We provide detailed information here about the criteria and terms of use.

1. The Top Host label is awarded by e-domizil AG, Binzstraße 38, 8045 Zurich in collaboration with e-domizil Gmbh, Peter-Müller-Str. 10, 40468 Düsseldorf exclusively to selected hosts of e-domizil AG.
   
   
2. The label is awarded to the host as a person/company and to all holiday homes rented out via the associated host account.
   
   
3. The Top Host label is not awarded on the basis of mere self-assessment or self-disclosure by the host.
   
   
4. The objective conditions for the award of the label are checked by e-domizil AG and e-domizil GmbH.
   
   
5. The key criteria include an above-average booking success rate, no justified customer complaints/complaints and no justified negative customer reviews in the previous year.
   
   
6. The label is awarded for a period of one year, which is indicated by the corresponding year on the label.
   
   
7. The hosts eligible for the Top Hosts award in a given year are re-evaluated annually. Hosts are not entitled to keep the award based on an award from previous years.
   
   
8. The hosts honoured may advertise themselves with the award or the label/certificate sent. Duplication of the certificate, badge, etc. is not permitted.
   
   
9. If the certificate, badge or other materials sent as part of the award are attached to or in a holiday house/holiday apartment, this holiday home must be bookable via the host account of the Top Host at e-domizil AG.
