Welcome to this magnificent villa of 220 m2 located in a rural environment near Felanitx, which sleeps up to 9 people.

The house exteriors are emblematic. There is a 9.5 x 4.5 m pool for you to cool off, deck-chairs to rest, a large garden for the little kids to play, and a barbecue to cook outdoors. By the pool you will find a chill out area with a sofa and two armchairs. The porch is equipped with a table and six chairs for you to relax and have a drink outdoors.

This ground-floor rustic and modern house has three bathrooms with shower, and four bedrooms (two twin-bedded, one double-bedded, and one triple-bedded) equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes, and availability for a cot. The living-dining room is perfect for relaxing, watching satellite TV or reading a book as it has air conditioning. The living area surrounds the wind mill. In its interior you will find a bathroom. The separate kitchen, with a glass-ceramic hob, is fully-equipped for you to cook delicious meals. There is a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged natural environment with agricultural activity. It has good road communication with interesting sights and leisure. Only 15 km away, there is a wide variety of beaches and coves, and the golf course of Vall d’Or. The house is located 3 km from the town of Felanitx, where you will find many public and commercial services. As for cycling enthusiasts, there are many different routes to choose from.

    “Great Villa, lovingly restored to a great standard,its in a beautiful country setting , really good location only 15 mins from the nearest beach , 40 mins from the airport and about 7 mins to a great lidal with all your needs , I can’t recommend this villa enough, the pool area and outside kitchen barbecue area is fantastic , fantastic grounds with orange, lemon and lime trees growing . So as you fix your G+T of an evening with the consent of the owner you can pluck your lemon or lime off a tree in the garden , follow that with a orange freshly squeezed from the orange tree in garden for breakfast.”

    “Can Salines is in the middle of beautiful nature. You can enjoy the peace and is only about five minutes away from Felanitx, where there are shops. The finca is very well maintained. The equipment is very good. There are enough dishes, the kitchen equipment is perfect. The three bathrooms are also very well maintained and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. In the beautifully landscaped garden with pool you can feel really comfortable and enjoy your holidays. In the house and in the garden there are many details for the eye, they create a cozy atmosphere. Can Salines gets the best grade from us. We were there as a group and would like to come back anytime. The owners are very nice too.
