Beautifully located detached holiday home with a private pool

This holiday home, at an elevation of 600 meters, is located near Sedella, about 40 kilometres east of Malaga and about 20 kilometres from the ocean.

The house offers a living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living/dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a television with a DVD and a CD player and a dining table. The open plan kitchen is furnished with an induction stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, plenty of dishes and cutlery and more. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed. Both bathrooms boast a shower, a sink and a toilet.

Internet access is available.

The fenced in garden offers privacy. There are several patios with sun loungers and sun shades. The 8 x 4 meter pool is open from April through November. Parking is available. At the front of the house you can catch a glimpse of the ocean in the distance and at the back of the house is the stunning Mount La Maroma (2014 meters). The house is not suited for a beach holiday as it is a 20 kilometre mountain trek to the ocean; if you want to discover the Spanish culture, nature and beach - this is the property for you.

Once you have descended 20 kilometres, you are free to go. You can drive to the coast with its long beaches from Malaga to Nerja. Seville is to the northwest, Cordoba is to the northeast and Granada with the Alhambra is about a 30 minute drive east. You are near the Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarras and the Montes de Tejada. Rustic landscapes, white villages and in between the natural reserve. Sedella has about 800 residents and a few decent restaurants. The bigger towns offer more variety. In Canillas d 'Aceituno (7 km) you can find a grocery store, a butcher and a bakery. In Velez Malaga is a huge supermarket. It is an ideal base for visiting the national parks or the cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba.
