Detached house with two holiday apartments, just a few kilometres outside of the town of Porec



The very modern studio basement apartment is on the edge of Dracevac, about six kilometres from the well-known harbour town of Porec.



The generous basement apartment for two people was completed in 2016. It has a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with an oven and four-ring ceramic hob, a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. There is satellite TV for entertainment and a fireplace for cosy hours of togetherness. It is made of typical hand-hewn stone. There is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) and you can store your luggage in the big wardrobe. The apartment is accessed up six low steps. The price includes wireless Internet access. It is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.



You can park on the enclosed site. The garden has a pool that is shared with a maximum of eight other people. You can use the grill in the garden free of charge. The whole site is fenced or enclosed. The house is detached. The street only has a few small residential houses, with local neighbours. There are no hotels or big holiday complexes. Opposite the house there is also another site of around 1300m², also fenced, for recreational activities.



The price includes the following: crockery, bed linen (changed weekly), hand and bath towels (for use in the apartment), electricity, water and energy costs, use of the pool and grill. The tourist tax is to be paid locally, either directly at the town hall or via the owner.



Public beaches, the town centre and shopping facilities are within a ten-minute drive. The area also offers a beautiful, clean sea and some interesting trip destinations, such as the Roman amphitheatre in Pula (ca. 40km), crossings by ferry to Venice, the Brijuni Islands National Park, one of the largest water parks (about a 10-minute drive away), the artist village of Groznjan under heritage protection etc. You can go riding, go-carting and quad riding, as well as paintballing nearby. A giant water park invites you to go on a day trip there. The town of Porec is a world cultural heritage site and has a wealth of sights. There is a vibrant nightlife around the clock.

    “Wir haben Mittel und Wege gefunden, so dass der Urlaub ein voller Erfolg wurde. Positiv: Sehr gepflegtes Objekt. Das Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool. Die liebevolle Betreuung durch den/die Eigentümer*in. Negativ: Die Lage, ca. 6,5 km bis Porec und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie der Höhenunterschied. Für Standard-Fahrradfahrer wie wir, sehr ungünstig.”

    “Wij hebben 9 nachten mogen genieten in het huis van Ana. Wij waren haar eerste nederlandse gasten en dat leek zij in het beign een beetje spannend te vinden. echter is Ana erg gastvrij en helpt je bij al je vragen. ze heeft leuke tips voor wat je in de buurt kan doen.

    Wij verbleven in de studio. de studio is een ruime ruimte met alle gemakken voorzien. ondanks het buiten ruim boven de 30 graden was, was het bij ons een heerlijke temperatuur.”

    “Eine gelungener Urlaub. Gerne wieder. Positiv: Alles entsprach so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Nebenan wurden zwei neue Villen (Betonklötze) gebaut, die von Jugendgruppen genutzt wurden.
    Doch unsere Vermieterin war sehr bemüht, dem wilden Treiben des öfteren ein Ende zu setzen.”

    “Ruhige Lage, die Wohnung ist geräumig und gepflegt. Bei der Ausstattung kann nichts bemängelt werden. Super geignet für Familien. Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich, super nett und hilfsbereit”
