The apartment is quietly situated, but nevertheless very central in Grafing in Upper Bavaria. Shops and restaurants in the historical town centre are within walking distance a few minutes away, as well as public transport, such as the S-Bahn and trains to Munich, Rosenheim, Salzburg or Innsbruck.

The 55m² four-star apartment (certified by the DTV for occupancy with two persons) is fully furnished and can accommodate up to four people. It is charmingly and comfortably furnished and has its own entrance, ensuring more privacy. The living room provides a large, comfortable sofa, which can be pulled out as a generous sofa bed for two people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a desk. It also has access to the balcony. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment even has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Apart from the ice skating rink, Grafing also has a newly renovated outdoor pool and a cinema. In the area there are also several beautiful natural swimming lakes. The Homeland useum or the Forest Museum and the viewing tower in neighbouring Ebersberg are worth a visit. The region offers a range of activities for hiking and nature enthusiasts. The town is an ideal starting point for cycle tours. There is a well-developed network of cycle paths in and around Grafing, as well as the whole region to the east of Munich, for shorter or longer tours. Motorbikers will also enjoy the beautiful Alpine foothill landscape. You can go on day trips to the nearby alpine area, to the “Bavarian Sea” Chiemsee, for mountain hiking, skiing or the many places of interest in south-east Bavaria. The good road and rail connections, as well as the S-Bahn connection to Munich make Grafing an attractive starting point for visiting the Oktoberfest, for sightseeing tours or for shopping in Munich, Rosenheim, Kufstein or Salzburg.
