Comfortably furnished maisonette apartment with a balcony and a view of the mountainous landscape

The apartment enjoys a quiet location with a view of the majestic Hochgrat and with direct access to the hiking trails right behind the house, amidst the Oberstaufen skiing region. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the lovely Kurpark, which takes you to the town centre.

The maisonette apartment charmingly designed by an interior designer provides around 55m² of living space that combines a cosy chalet feeling with modern elements. The living space comprises a generous living and dining room, an open and fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. You can relax on the designer sofa in the living room and listen to the radio, read or watch TV. A DVD player and various films are also available. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics, along with an egg boiler, an electric fondue set and raclette set. The bedroom on the gallery has a french bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and can be closed off with a sliding door. There is a travel bed (60 x 120cm) for a toddler free of charge. The bathroom has a rain shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The apartment has heating throughout. A washing machine and dryer are available for use for a fee in the shared cellar of the house. They work with 50-cent coins.

From the sunny balcony with a table and chairs and from two comfortable deckchairs you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountainous landscape and the imposing Hochgrat. The balcony is secured so that there is no risk for toddlers. Your sports equipment, bicycles etc. can be stored in a private and lockable cellar room in the building. A free outdoor parking space is provided.

Unlimited and free wireless Internet access is available.

The nearest supermarket is about 300 metres away. Within a ten-minute walk, a short walk through the well-tended Kurpark, you are in the centre with a bakery and butcher, as well as many restaurants, cafes and little shops for browsing. In summer there are many hiking and cycling options. The nearest hiking routes start behind the house. The outdoor pool in Thalkirchdorf and the summer toboggan run in Hündle invite you to pay a visit. There are golf courses in Buflings and Steibis. Other trip destinations to be recommended are Lake Constance, Alpsee and the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle. During the winter months you can go cross-country skiing on around 120km of trails (including local night trails). The nearby ski pistes can be accessed with ski lifts in Sinswang, Hündle, Imberg and Thalkirchdorf. There are local ski schools and ski rental. Ski tours are possible on Hochgrat. The Aquaria leisure pool with pools, sauna and a wellness area is in Oberstaufen, providing fun and relaxation.

    “Sehr nette Wohnung für Pärchen die gerne Wandern gehn wollen. Positiv: Eine super Lage für Startpunkte von Wanderrouten.
    Toller großer Balkon. Negativ: Ein neues Sofa wäre für die sonst so tolle Wohnung gut.”

    “Très agréable et très joli logement en parfait état, très bien équipé et calme, parfaitement situé par rapport au centre ville et aux commerces.
    Nous avons de plus été très bien accueillis.
    Deux petits bémols toutefois :
    - la place de parking n'est pas très large et heureusement personne ne s'est garé sur celle juste à côté.
    - par ailleurs, le lave-linge et le sèche-linge n'acceptent que des pièces de 50 cents, ce serait bien que ce soit précisé sur l'annonce.
    Malgré cela, nous recommandons vivement ce logement.”

    “Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist ruhig am Kurpark, man ist in wenigen Minuten im schönen Ort Oberstaufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett”
