Lovely holiday house on a fenced site, with a fireplace and a sauna



The house was built in a Scandinavian style and is situated within a holiday park in the holiday destination of Extertal, Weserbergland.



With around 70m² of living space, the semi-detached house can accommodate four adults and a child. The living and dining room provides a sofa, a new flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a stereo system, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace stove for cosy hours. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. One of the three bedrooms has a French bed (140cm wide) and a junior bed/cot can be set up there optionally. The second bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide), the third a single bed (90cm wide). All three bedrooms have new mattresses and new laminate flooring. The bathroom provides a bath, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. There is also a sauna in a separate room. The owner can provide board games for all ages, books and DVDs. The living room and the bathroom are fitted with underfloor heating.



A private and fully fenced garden awaits you outside with a terrace, loungers and an electric grill. The terrace has garden furniture, so you can enjoy a sociable grill evening in fine weather. Cars can be parked free of charge on the private parking space. A maximum of one pet is welcome.



Please note that the house is non-smoking.
