The apartment is in the attic of an apartment building on a slope with a staggered structure. The seven apartments are used primarily as holiday apartments. The apartment enjoys a quiet and central location.

The attic apartment of around 65m² consists of a living and dining room with a bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a second little bedroom with a single bed, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bath. The apartment has a typical local décor.

The apartment features a large and quietly situated balcony with a view of the Staufen slope. You can see cows and sheep from the balcony from spring to the autumn, with cow bells and the bleating of the sheep. There is a parking space in an underground garage.

Owing to being on a slope, there are some steps to the house entrance.

It is not far to the train and bus station, the centre, shops and restaurants. The swimming paradise with a sauna landscape is within walking distance. There are hiking paths nearby. The skiing arena in Steibis and the Hündlebahn in Oberstaufen are nearby. There is a cross-country skiing trail within walking distance.
