Cosy mountain holiday house in Carinthia with a big sunny terrace and a unique panoramic view
Our charmingly furnished holiday house newly built in 2017 enjoys a sunny and quiet location at 1100 metres above sea level, near the mountain village Prebl, not far from the Klippitztörl ski resort.
It has a fully-equipped and furnished living room-kitchen with a big dining table, a sofa and a fireplace. It can accommodate up to 10 people in rooms flooded with daylight. The top floor has two big rooms with stone pine beds, a children’s room and a bathroom with a WC. The ground floor with the living room-kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC, as well as a room that can be used as a living room, playing room or bedroom, is accessed through the terrace entrance practically at ground level, offering barrier-free access to guests who want to avoid steps. Stair gates, a junior bed and highchair can be provided free of charge for small children.
You can enjoy hours of sunshine from morning to evening on the west-facing terrace. The in-house sauna and infrared cabin guarantee relaxation. The house is completely enclosed by a natural larch fence, which separates the site from the surrounding pastures. There are no immediate neighbours and you can explore the many mountain biking and hiking trails directly from the house.
Pets are welcome everywhere except the upper sleeping area. A sleeping basket is available.
Our holiday house allows you to combine the undisturbed quiet location with easy access to your trip destinations, such as restaurants and mountain inns with their excellent cuisine, or Carinthia’s lakes and mountains. The Klippitztörl recreational and skiing region is about 20 minutes away by car, offering skiing, mountain walks, ski touring and snow shoe hikes, a natural climbing garden and a summer luge. Other skiing and hiking areas nearby are Weinebene and Koralpe. Cultural visits include the regional capitals Graz and Klagenfurt within an hour. The southern Styrian wine route and thermal region are also popular trip destinations. For guests who particularly enjoy travelling, the Mediterranean south and the Adriatic region in Slovenia and Italy are within 2-3 hours. Whether you are planning an adventurous holiday or would simply like to relax, our holiday house provides ample opportunity to do so in any season.
