This studio is on the first floor of a detached apartment house in the Oberstaufen holiday region, between Lake Constance and the royal castles, with the Allgäu at your feet. The towns Kempten, Memmingen and Munich are also within easy access by train.

With around 40m² of living space, the accommodation provides ample space for a maximum of four guests. It has modern furnishing and is well-equipped. The living and dining room has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for two people (140cm wide), a very comfortable sleeping wall (160cm wide) that can be folded up, and a high-quality kitchen unit with a dining table and seating. A music system with a DVD player, connected to a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax on the sofa. The kitchen unit is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The modern and light bathroom has a bath, a WC, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The owner can provide board games for all ages. You can share use of a washing machine and dryer in the building for a small fee. There is no Internet connection.

The living room opens onto the comfortably furnished and roofed balcony with garden furniture, inviting you to relax in the midday and evening sun after an exciting holiday day. There is also a Weber gas grill for sociable grill evenings. You can use a parking space free of charge.

A maximum of one pet is welcome for a fee. Please note that the house is non-smoking.

The Oberstaufen holiday region stands for nature, leisure and health. It offers a range of sports and recreational activities throughout the year. Excellent hiking areas, the well-known winter sports resort Steibis make the region to charming. Here you will find the right mix of a pre-alpine character and the alpine mountain backdrop of the Allgäuer Alpen.
