A cosy cottage in Telemark which is suitable for those that are going on a fishing holiday. There are several lakes near by to both swim and fish in. A rowboat can be rentet for free. Fishing license is required. Here you can enjoy the nature, go hiking and pick berries and mushrooms. The big lawn invites to a lot of out door activities like football and badminton. On this sunny terrace you can relax or have a barbeque. Near the main road there is Kragerø Riding center where you can ride horses. If you would rather play golf or tennis all you need to do is to drive 10 km to Sannidal which also has a small shopping center. In Stabbestad 20 km away there is a Spa hotel and a nice place to swim in the lake. You are welcome to visit Kragerø with everything that a town has to offer, Apatite mine which is part of Gea Norvegica Geoparken, and a take ferry to several islands. Jomfruland is also worth a visit. Kragerø, all of fylkesvei 351 and the southern town of Risør is an Eldorado for geocaching. At Brokelandsheia E18 there is ‘Den lille Dyrehage’ with Norways biggest rainforest. We also recommend a trip to the well known Telemark canal.
