Kids are very welcome in this fabulous villa in Villafranca.


It's located very near to Villafranca, only 1km away from the well-known typical mallorcan restaurant "Es Cruce".


It has 6 double bedrooms, three of them with double beds and the other 3 with individual ones. Also 6 bathrooms and 1 wc, all of them with shower.


The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room also (sofa, TV, table and chairs up to 12 people...)


On the outside you have a private ecofriendly pool with pool shower, terrace furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas, park, BBQ and private garden&pool table.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  


€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   


€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.


A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.


The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  


Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
