Seafront Las Canteras beach

Wonderfull and spacious 2 bedroom house with a private terrace to enjoy good views of Las Canteras. Recently renovated and ideally located in the most beautiful part of the beach, it is suited for those looking for a relaxing place to enjoy the sun. Las Canteras beach has recently been selected as the best urban beach in the world. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes of the apartment, a large supermarket is in front of the building, and several grocery shops within one minute walk.

The two bedroom house was recently renovated. The two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) are situated at the back of the apartment while the front part is dominated by the terrace and a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area. A fully equipped kitchen (incl microwave, oven, washing machine), flat TV, and wifi will ensure that you feel at home.

The apartment (100 sqm) is perfectly complemented by a gorgeous private terrace overlooking the famous Las Canteras beach. It is a great place to relax and to see the evening sun.

This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
There is available a woman cleaning when you need.
Smoking only outdoor areas.
No parties and no pets.

There is a bus stop just round the corner which will get you to any other part of te city you wish to go. The bus station, for buses to other part of the island (Airport. Maspalomas sand dunes, etc) is 5 minutes walk away.
The flat is perfect for either couples that want more space or for families (there are several playgrounds in the vicinity that we would be happy to direct you to).
