Holiday house or apartment in a central location and right by Lake Balaton, ideal for a holiday with friends or family

The accommodation is 50 metres from Lake Balaton.

The holiday house for a total of 24 people is spread over three floors and can be booked as a whole or as one of three separate apartments. The house with kitchens and its rooms was extensively renovated until the end of April 2013. After completing the renovation work, all the rooms with provided with furnishing from a four-star hotel in Switzerland. Each floor has three rooms and a lounge with a sofa bed and a kitchen niche. All the rooms have a shower, WC, satellite TV, fridge and safe, as well as air conditioning.

There are two garden seating areas and five parking spaces available for the house and apartments. There are various terraces on the ground floor and upper floor.

The promenade and the city are nearby. The Beach Club and Petöfi Promenade are also near the house. Coke Beach is about 200 metres away. The house enjoys a very central location. The free beach is about 50 metres away and the payable beach (Beach Club) about 200 metres. The party promenade is about 200 metres and the centre 500 metres away.
