The holiday apartment is located in a 24 hours Manned Gated Security Complex on Kensington Crescent, New Kingston. It is a 30 minutes’ drive away from Norman Manley International Airport – Kingston.

The apartment offers a perfect combination of ambiance, security and all the amenities of a very accommodating home. It is ideal for short-term holiday rental, single and group occupancy, honeymooners, family vacations, business trips and leisure travellers alike.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

If there is a ban on accommodation in the booked region and during the travel period, each booking can be canceled free of charge.
