On the outskirts Oberterzen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: garden. Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, single garage at 55 m. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Unterterzen" 4 km, lake Walensee 4 km. Gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, slopes 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flumserberg 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Walensee 4 km. Hiking paths: Flumserberg. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. >NB: No groups, only families.

Bath/WC. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars), garage space n 6. Please note: non-smokers only. Access to the upper floor via a steep staircase, or via the outdoor staircase.
