super house offers sea views from the balcony and looks over vineyards
and open fields towards Ai Helis Beach. A few minutes easy stroll
inland brings you to several tavernas, a bar and a minimarket and the
lovely sandy bay of Ai Helis in the other direction (worth mentioning
that the access to Ai Helis beach is down around 80 steps) but
otherwise the area around Villa Regaliki is flat and easy walking and
the closest restaurant is just over 100metres from the villa.

The large pool is set into lawns and the grounds are well kept and
offer a safe area for children to play and adults to relax. The
accommodation is all on the raised ground floor and is split level.

southern part of Kefalonia with many glorious sandy beaches to choose
