How many holiday cottages do you know boast views of the sea, mountains, an island, a marina, and a historic 16th century castle? Well, holiday apartment No 69 does! This is an ever-changing view, mesmerising almost, and the great thing here is that you don’t even have to lift your head from the pillow to enjoy it.
This lovely apartment is in the middle of the pretty little coastal village of Deganwy. You are just steps away from a beach, shops, restaurants and a public footpath and cycle way that will take you to Conwy in one direction and Llandudno’s sandy West Shore beach in the other. You could quite easily enjoy a car free holiday here - Deganwy even has its own railway station, on the Llandudno-Conwy Valley line which connects to London Euston-Holyhead trains. There are even direct services to Manchester!
If you do bring a car, you can explore more of the stunning North Wales coast, and of course the mighty Snowdonia National Park and its wonderful, wide-open spaces. No 69 is easy to reach, but much harder to leave.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms. One double with sea views. One single bedroom with day bed.
Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bath and shower over bath, heated towel rail, basin and loo.
Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, Smart TV and Bluray player, gas fire. Lovely sea views from here.
Dining: The dining space is in the kitchen with a small table and chairs for all guests.
Garden: Very small patio area with a bench..
Heating: The house has a combination of central heating and a gas fire in the sitting room
Parking: There is no private parking for No 69 but plenty on a quiet adjoining road just 50 yds away and guests can park right outside to unload.
Changeover Day: Friday but short breaks are available from Monday and Friday.
Important bits: No 69 is a 1st floor apartment so please be aware that access to the property is up some quite steep steps and would be unsuitable for the infirm.
