Sea view holiday apartment with a private balcony

The apartment is located close to the sea in a residential area of Kavala. You do not need to have a car because it is only 12 minutes walking from the city center.

It is a beautiful spacious 120 m² very clean and very bright apartment with a very large balcony and an amazing view to the sea and the forest from the balcony and the rooms.

It can accommodate up to five persons and consists of three very spacious and bright bedooms, a very large living room of 40 m² and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is very bright with a big balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea and the forest. There is a parking in front of the apartment.

The city of Kavala is a tourist destination for 365 days a year.
