New house located 100m from the beautiful sandy beach called "L'Almadrava" with private garden of 100 m2, within a residential complex of 20 apartments with large communal pool 20 x 9mm. It has an area of 150 m, distributed on two floors. The ground floor consists of living room from which you access covered terrace with garden furniture and spectacular sea views and direct access to communal pool, kitchen with access to garden, a double bedroom and a bathroom . The second floor has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom suite with double bed, bathroom and a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Through internal staircase access the large sun terrace with lovely sea views.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA

The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. They are beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them without crowds and some of them untouched. A perfect scenario to walk on the GR-92 route, take a bike, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi.
On the Costa Dorada, there is the Calafat sea front, where we find the urbanization, racing circuit and marina of the same name.
The quiet and high standing urbanization of Calafat , with more than 2 km of coastline, is located in the municipality of the fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, known for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park and you can try one of the restaurants where the best rice in the country is cooked.
