Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, terrace. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room, playroom, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking. Nearby attractions: Ascona, schöner Wochenmarkt am Dienstag, Brissago Inseln, Piazza Grande, Locarno, Falconeria, Locarno, Madonna del Sasso, Ronco s/Ascona, Mercato: Cannobio IT, Intra IT, Luino IT, Ponte Tresa IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como.
