Welcome to Strømsenget Vestre and this beautiful hoilday house. The house is from approx. year 1800 and has its own charm and atmosphere. After a long day you can relax in front of the fireplace or ley yourself sin into the large, pretty furniture in the library. The house is a great starting point for several nice experiences. The small town of Røros, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1980, is really worth a visit. The Aukrust Center in Alvdal can also be recommended. Get to know artist Kjell Aukrust's world and meet Solan and Ludvig. It you want magnificent nature experience, a trip to Sølendalen with the opportunity to climb Sølnkletten whit its 1827 meters above sea level. There are also several other hiking opportunities such as Tronfjellet and Jotulhogget. Both Alvdal and Tynset have several marked hiking trails, as well as cultural trails. There are also several nice places to go fishing. By arrangement with the house owner, horse riding can be arranged.
