This beautiful house for 8 people, with private pool and astonishing mountain views, is located in the peaceful urbanisation of Santa Marta, Gandía.

Let’s start your holiday days enjoying of delicious breakfasts, under the porch, accompanied by a privilege mountain landscape. Once you have recharged your batteries, enjoy, as much as you want, of pleasant swims at the private chlorine pool. It sizes 8 x 3.5 m, has a depth of 1.5 x 2.2 m and it is fenced with a safety fence, if you travel with children.

It is a two-storey house that offers our guests modern rooms. The living-dining room, pure comfort and character, is just ideal to eat and dinner all together and, then, watch TV. Immediately after, you gain access to the cheerful kitchen that is equipped with induction cooktop. There you have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. This floor is completed with a bathroom that features a shower as well as a double-bed dormitory. On the upper floor, there you will find a bathroom with a bathtub - without hydromassage - and three more bedrooms, one of them with two twin beds and the other ones with a double bed. Moreover, one of those two last dormitories also has an en-suite shower bathroom and there is even space for a crib/high-chair. All the dormitories have wardrobe. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout the house too.

The urbanisation of Santa Marta is located at only 3 km from the centre of Gandía, that is why it is simply perfect to spend a few days relaxing but, at the same time, being really close to all the necessary facilities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, tours, promenades and much more. The beach of Gandia, at 8.6 km, and the golf course of Oliva Nova, at 18.3 km, are really near to it as well.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There is a parking place for a vehicle.
