 The Holiday apartment is located on a 564 sqm and an open garden property with meadow and trees. The newly built cozy apartment covers approx. 76 m² and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment is divided into an entrance area with a cloakroom, a spacious kitchen with additional sleeping facilities, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.
Own terrace with a wonderful view of the Zillertal. The apartment TIR ZIL 142 (4 people) is located right next to the house.
The owner lives only temporarily in the house or, but uses a separate entrance. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor at the terrace or the sunbathing area with parasol, sunlounger and garden furniture. Barbecue possibilities are available.
Your holiday apartment: Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 76 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (wood/coal) and underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the lower floor, covered and ground level and leads directly in the porch with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 double bed, lounge and TV. Bedroom 17 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and TV. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. american kitchen in the living room as intersecting room, 25 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (70 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Corridor 9 sqm. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, 2 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Pets: not allowed.

Location: Stummerberg, 800 m above sea level. The Holiday apartment is located in a built in 2018 standing single one-family house and is modern and rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains and the quiet and sunny location on a hillside. Our house is quiet, just above the village. From here you can enjoy a great view of the Zillertal mountains and the Hochzillertal / Hochfügen ski area. The village can be reached by car in about five minutes. The 10 m long access to the property takes place over a main street. Using snow chains in winter is obligatory. At the house there is 1 car parking at your disposal on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 2,5 km away, restaurant 500 m and town centre 2,5 km. cinema in 40 km. thermal spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, discotheque each 10 km in Fügen. airport in Innsbruck 60 km. railway station in Kaltenbach 3 km. doctor, pharmacy, bank each 2,5 km in Stumm. A children's playground is 300 m away. railway line 3 km and main street 2 km.
In the summer: Badewelt Stumm in Stumm 2,5 km, bathing beach with meadow. Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example water sport possibilities in Aschau 3 km. tennis, mini golf each 2,5 km in Stumm. golf in Uderns 4 km.
In the winter: The nearest ski lift is located in 3 km distance in Kaltenbach. The closest ski area " Ski center Hochzillertal " is 3 km away and is placed in Kaltenbach. The ski bus runs 20 m from your holiday domicile. Furthermore there is a cross-country ski run in Stumm, 2,5 km and an ice skating rink in Stumm, 2,5 km. A toboggan run is located in 5 km. ski school in Kaltenbach 3 km. ski rental in Stumm 2,5 km.
