Charming apartment, only recently fully refurbished (2015) in the city center of Belgrad, where you will feel like home

The modern furnished holiday apartment is situated in the city center, probably in one of the best positions in the city. It is within walking distance to all the popular tourist attraction. The main pedestrian street Knez Mihajla is just 200 m away.

The spacious, 91 m² apartment is on the second floor. It has only recently in 2015 been completely renovated and refurbished. It can accommodate up to eight persons.

The apartment consists of: three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one equipped with a bath tub and the other with a shower), a living room, a dining room and a huge kitchen. In all three bedrooms are king size beds (160x200cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed for two size 160x200. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and a full set plates and cutlery.

We cannot provide a parking place but in the neighborhood there is a public garage (just 120 meters away).

The apartment has etage heating, air conditioning, luxury cotton bedclothes and 3 towels per person. There is also a cable TV set and access to wireless internet.

When you step out from the apartment you can find any kind of restaurant, cafes, bar, shops, markets, parks, galleries, pharmacies...In a circle no larger of 500 meters are located: The National Museum, the Military Museum, the Ethnographic Museum,National Theatre, Knez Mihajlo street, Student square. Kalemegdan - medieval Belgrade Fortress is only 1000 meters away from the apartment. At the end of the street is the one of the main streets- Terazije and close to this is also a Serbian parlament. Also, Skadarlija street the one of the oldest and best bohemian street where are many (more than 20) bohemian tavernas (kafana) and cafés in the Belgrade is 1000m or less away. There you can find small inhouse orchestras walking from table to table playing local music to you and your friends.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

If there is a ban on accommodation in the booked region and during the travel period, each booking can be canceled free of charge.
