This elegant 1-bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Richmond. Giving it walking access to most essentials such as, parks, markets, restaurants and transport. The luscious apartment makes for a stylish get away in an even trendier area. This 1-bedroom, 1 bath apartment would be the perfect place for a couple.

When you walk through the door into this decadent space you are greeted by a hallway, to the left is the spacious bedroom. Inside it is equipped with a queen size bed and two bedside tables with wall hanging lamps.

Just outside of the bedroom there is a sliding mirror door, which is the cupboard space. Then there is the bathroom, inside there is a shower, a toilet and a sink. As you wander down the hallway you walk into the open kitchen.

The kitchen has a large fridge, a sink, a modern stove and oven, and cupboard space. There is also a bar bench set with two chairs. The kitchen also comes with amenities for your benefit such as, a Nespresso machine and kettle. Through this space is the lounge area, this space has a large corner sofa (which can fold out into a queen size bed), a coffee table and a TV.

The lounge space also looks out onto the balcony, which has two chairs for a nice morning coffee.

The apartment also comes with a free underground parking space.

For those that enjoy walking this apartment is located close to gardens, markets and restaurants. It is a 5-minute walk to the Citizens Park as well as a 5-minute walk to the Gleadell Street Market.

It is also a 4-minute walk to Bridge road which includes the number 48 and 75 trams. There is also access to a train station. From the apartment it is merely a 15-minute walk to West Richmond station.

To go into the heart of the Melbourne CBD you can catch a train from West Richmond to Flinders Street station in a short 5-minute train ride.
