Take a dip in the indoor pool, after a quick morning workout in the gym and then head on down to Bridge Street for a bite to eat. As you walk through the doors of your second-floor apartment you are greeted by the lounge area, a large couch, coffee table, and a flat screen T.V. This spacious lounge area is inviting due to its comfortable appeal and the gorgeous array of natural light that is given from the balcony area.

The balcony area is fitted with 2 comfortable chairs enabling a nice morning coffee or a late evening drink. From the lounge you can see the kitchen, a wide space equipped with a modern oven and stove. Inside the kitchen there are also plenty of amenities to keep that comfortable feel going, such as a kettle and a dishwasher.

Towards the end of the open space of the kitchen is a dining table, you would be able to comfortably fit 4 adults here.
Moving along in the apartment is the master bedroom, inside you will find a queen size bed, access to a smaller balcony, a built-in robe and an en-suite. Inside the en-suite there is a large shower, sink and toilet.

Next there is bedroom number 2, inside you can find a double bed, a built-in robe and a large window. Then there is the bathroom, inside is a bath and shower, a sink and a toilet. This bathroom is connected to the laundry, inside you will find a washing machine and dryer.

This apartment comes with free parking that is accessible via River St.

60% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 28th day prior to arrival
90% of the rental price if cancellation is made from the 27th day before arrival
