A newly built villa 200 meters from beach with sea views in Playa Blanca offering spacious family accomodation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a heated 5m x 3m private pool. The house is luxuriously furnished and has all facilities you may ever need. From the main bedroom with its french doors and private balcony you have sea views across the sea to the beautiful Papagayo beaches and rocks. Listen to the gentle sound of the waves while you sleep! The house is located in a small development between several luxury 5 star hotel resorts and is 5 mins walk to the natural, volcanic pebble beach called Las Coloradas, where the 6 mile long scenic coastline promenade begins. The Papagayo beaches are about 20 minutes walk away (5 minutes by car).


Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (upstairs) king size bed (200cm x 180cm), built-in cupboards and en-suite bathroom. French doors to private balcony and sea views.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) twin beds and a balcony.
Bedroom 3 two single beds on ground floor.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, wasbasin and bidet. Window with sea views.
Second bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC on ground floor.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen with all appliances incl. fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery for 6 people. Window to the pool area.
Utility Room: Open air utility room with washing machine and clothes lines.
Living Rooms: Combined, open plan living/dining room with door and windows to terrace and pool. Tastefully furnished with sofa/chairs. Satellite TV. Dining room table with 6 chairs.


The ground floor including sitting room, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom, pool area and bedroom 3 are accessible without any steps from the sidewalk on the road. Please note, however, that the front door and the corridor on the ground floor are a standard width and have not been checked for wheelchair suitability. Bedrooms 1 & 2 as well as the en suite bathroom are upstairs and not accessible via wheelchair.


Private, heated swimming pool 5m x 3m and 1.2/1.5 metres deep. Patio table including 6 chairs, cushions and an umbrella. 4 sun beds are also provided.


The Las Coloradas Beach is ca. 200m away (5 mins walk). This natural beach is of a rocky, volcanic nature, although there are spots where there is black sand providing access to the crystal clear water for swimming. There is also a very nice coastline promenade leading into Playa Blanca.
The Las Doradas beach with its golden sand and all its facilities is ca. 30 mins walk away (5 mins by car).
The famous, naturally golden Papagayo beaches are reachable by foot (20 mins) or by car (5 mins).


There are several golf courses in the area.

Special interest holidays

Ideal for diving and snorkelling around the Papagayo rocks. 5 mins walk to the Las Coloradas beach, from where you can go snorkelling straight from the shore.


Playa Blanca town centre 2.5km away.
Timanfaya National Park (volcanic landscape) is ca. 20km away, where you can also ride a camel.
