The pure recovery ...! A little distance outside and yet not far! On the south leaning with a beautiful view, we let a newly renovated 3-room apartment for 4 people in a two-family house in Alt St. Johann for rent. The house is in a quiet, slightly heigthen sunny location at the western entrance of the village, 800 meters from the village center where you find shops, restaurants and the cable car valley station – all easily accessible withing walking distance.
The chalet is completely renovated and built mostly with wood in- and outside. It offers an amazing view to the Churfirsten peak panorama. This view is best enjoyed on the large sun terrace in a deckchair. On the sun terrace you find also a Smoking King grill station that can be used.Additionally the forest behind the Chalet is part of the property and may be used also.


The apartment is located on the ground floor: the children's room with bunk beds, the master bedroom with kingsize bed, are both equipped with spacious closets. The living room contains a cozy fireplace with a comfortable sofa. The modern kitchen is build open with a buffet next to the dining. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of cabinets and drawers. The bathroom includes toilet and shower. The apartment is heated with an electric storage heater, the living room and the kitchen warms a pleasant floor heating. In the entrance area a washing machine and a dryer are available. A very nice to have is the boot dryer that dries and warms your shoes for any outdoor adventure the next day.
Included in the price: Wi-Fi; one parking space; kitchen towels; terrycloth and visitor's tax.
Additional costs: Final cleaning CHF 100.-; Bed linen CHF 10.- per person / week.
