Holiday apartments near the beach with a wonderful view

The residential house is in the little village of Kali in quiet surroundings, only 100 metres from the beach, with access via a private road.

Three of the four holiday apartments are on the first floor, the fourth is on the ground floor on which the owner lives. They each have a separate entrance and afford a wonderful view of the sea, the town of Zadar with the canal, the inland mountains and the village of Kali. The barbecue in the courtyard can be used by guests at any time. There is plenty of parking space available.

The nearest beach and supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The town of Zadar can be accessed by ferry in 30 minutes. The harbour is in Preko a kilometre away.

Modern studio apartment with a sea view

The studio apartment is on the first floor along with two other apartments and the owner lives on the ground floor. It has a wonderful view of the sea and the town of Zadar with the canal. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. It has a double bed and an extendable sofa. The kitchen unit is well-equipped with a hob, fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a shower. It's equipped with wifi internet, TV with satellite reception. Air conditioning is available.

You can enjoy a wonderful view from the living area. The barbecue in the courtyard can be used by guests at any time.

The house has a private road that leads to a nearest beach.
