In the heart of the Maremma in Tuscany, a few kilometers from the Follonica Gulf and only about 5 km from the medieval town of Massa Marittima lies this ancient wine-growing farm where guests can spend a holiday or a short break and where they can also taste the wine of owner production. The property is divided into a villa (VILLA MORELLINO) and 5 apartments (MONTECUCCO, MONTEREGIO, ANSONICA, PARRINA and SOVANA) located in a separate building. The couple who tends to the outdoor areas lives in an apartment made from a portion of the villa. Guests share the spacious equipped outdoor area (barbecue) with swimming pool (6x12 depth 1,4 m) (1/5-30/09 open from 8.00am to 8.00pm) and have at their disposal a laundry room (with washing-machine upon payment, wash-basin, iron board and iron). At the moment of booking it is possible to request: extra bed (60 euro/week), extra linen change (12euro/person), baby bed (25euro/week). The access to the property is through 600 m of unpaved road in good conditions. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Parking. PLEASE NOTE: for reservations less than one week, add 65 Euros to the booking price. The apartment MONTECUCCO and SOVANA can be connected through a door and to be rented together for 2-6 sleeps.
