Rural house on the outskirts of Llubi to Muro village, in an secluded area with privacy and superb panoramic views to the 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountains.

The house comprises of two floors. On the groundfloor there is a receiving area, a double bedroom with twin beds, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room and covered porch with direct access to the pool.

On the top floor you is the master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom and terraces with nice views over the pool and the garden. Internet Wifi.

Outside a large swimming pool surrounded by solarium terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and everything needed for a family of four.

The house is about 7 km from Llubi, a typical village of "Es Raiguer" where the village atmosphere invites you to stroll through the streets and enjoy your summer terraces and the popular weekly market.

    “We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 children (6/10) for 14 days in the house. The house is perfectly set up for a family of 4. Large kitchen with 5 gas burners and an oversized refrigerator and freezer. Two large bathrooms. A very nice pool, which was used intensively. Our kids did not want to the beach, because they were so excited. The view is nice, on the level of Inca on the Puig Major. In the evening a great sunset on the huge covered terrace. The pool has been repeatedly cleaned and refilled by the owner during the stay. Towels, bath towels and sheets were changed after one week. Minor repairs were completed within a short time. The trash was taken away from the owner. The owners are very friendly, always available and very personable.

    The location of the house is perfect if you want peace. There are no neighbors, only olive trees and lots of birds around. Water is drawn from their own source. Nobody bothers or looking on plot.
