Holiday apartment in a magnificent villa with a garden, at the heart of Brianza

The villa is in a quiet residential area. The apartment is on the ground floor, with access to the garden, and consists of a total of five rooms.

The apartment comprises a large living room with a fireplace, a sofa for 4-5 people and a dining space, and a kitchen with a gas stove, gas oven, toaster and microwave, along with a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a separate bath and shower and a bidet. The apartment measures around 80m² and is surrounded by garden.

Staying at La Ca‘ Nova allows you to go on walks by the Brianza lakes or hiking tours in the Alpine foothills of Lombardy, or boat trips on Lake Como. You can also go on cycle tours in the Valsassina, on guided gastronomic and wine-tasting tours in the Valtellina, or you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden.
