This quietly located house in Beauvezer sits at an elevation of 1150 meters and faces an open space.

The 60 m² house has been fully renovated. It boasts a bathroom with a bathtub, two toilets, a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms. The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor (30 m²). The first bedroom has double bed (140 cm) and a television. The second bedroom is furnished with a television and a 90 cm single bed and a bunk bed for two. There are also a bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs (30 m²) are the second toilet and the living room with a double sofa bed, satellite television and a DVD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fondue and a raclette set and dishes as well as a washing machine. All rooms have electric heating.

You can park your vehicle on the open space in front of the house.

Upon request, you can rent the second floor of the house (30 m²). It boasts a bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms accommodating a total of five people.

The property is located only 100 meters from a grocery store. The vicinity is great for hiking. The Verdon, the Lac d'Allos and the park in Mercantour with its beautiful flora and fauna, are a must see while you are here. Beauvezer is also a popular destination during the winter months, as it is close to Le Seignus and La Foux à Allos.

    “Fairly newly renovated apartment, unfortunately somewhat carelessly equipped (white walls, white floor, a picture etc. ambience waiting room). Kitchen is very well equipped, only the oven is not working. Dining is very shaky and the sofa sat through. The double bed is good, the others enough. Bathroom is great with the bath and boiling water.”
