Pretty holiday house with a large garden in quiet and charming surroundings

Our holiday house was built four years ago in the quiet outskirts of the former fishing village Neppermin, on a new residential and holiday guesthouse estate with 10 houses close to the Achterwasser (200 metres). The house has two separate apartments (for two people on the ground floor and for four people on the upper floor) that can also be booked together for six people. It is a non-smoking house and one pet is allowed on the ground floor.

The ground floor has a large living and dining room with a fireplace stove and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom with a solid wood double bed provides space for a good night’s sleep. Right opposite there is the generous bathroom with a shower, WC and bath. The utility room in the entrance area provides storage space for many useful items. The upper floor also has a generous open living and dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and plenty of cupboard storage space. The bathroom with a shower and WC is light and generous. The whole house is fitted with electric underfloor heating that can be regulated. There is also a fireplace stove on each floor for a cosy atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a digital satellite TV on both floors, along with stereo systems for music enthusiasts. Remember to bring your favourite CDs.

The living room on the ground floor opens directly onto the furnished terrace in a generous garden. The living room or bedroom on the upper floor open onto a generous wooden balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the bird islands Bömke and Werder in the Achterwasser. The generous garden site provides space to relax or to play e.g. badminton. The grills and a rustic outdoor seating group promise romantic hours on summer evenings and a true outdoor holiday feeling. The rubber dinghy on the neighbouring holiday complex with a permit-free outboard motor and a motorboat (for the experienced) can be hired for a fee, subject to availability.

The proximity to the towns by the Baltic seaside 6km away, the wonderful nature all around and the range of activities in the area make the property especially attractive. A children’s playground, swimming and fishing areas and a jetty and boat hire are 300 metres away. It is 1km to a golf course and there are good restaurants in the area. The island cycle path in front of the house takes you in a few minutes to the beach at Bansin or Heringsdorf.
