Holiday apartments with terrace and lake view

Casa Margherita is located in Zignago above Brenzone at a distance to the lakeside road and subsequently also the traffic. The setting is very tranquil and offers a lake view.

The house comprises of three apartments (No. 2 , No. 3 and No. 4). Apartments No. 2 and No.3 have a large terrace with tables and chairs for shared use. From the terrace and the window of both apartments one is provided with a splendid lake view. An about 200 m² large terraced garden with lawn as well as furnishings, sun shades and loungers are available for shared use. On the property there is a parking space.

The holiday apartments with great lake view are spread across several floors. There is access to a shared furnished terrace (about 15 m²) for shared use between both apartments. The terrace is situated on the first floor of the house, the apartment No. 2 is also on the first floor and apartment No. 3 is on the second floor. The apartments have been furnished brightly and in an appealing manner. They offer a washing machine, SAT TV, stone floors as well as gas central heating.

Both the lake and beach are 1.5 kilometres away. A steep footpath (800 metres) also leads down to the lake.

Es ist sehr ruhig und es ist das letztes Haus von einer privaten Straße und so weit von Verkehr.
Das Beste, was über diese Wohnung ist der Garten, für die ausschließliche Verwendung, mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den See und sehr ruhig, ein Tisch, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme.
