Charming apartment with view to the towers of San Gimignano

The apartment is a charming Tuscan stone cottage can accommodate two people. It is located within an old farm and surrounded by olive trees and wine with view towards the famous towers of San Gimignano.

The living area is on the ground floor where there is a living room with fireplace and access to garden, and a kitchen (oven, refrigerator and freezer) with dining area. Going up 4 steps you reach the sleeping area where there are one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It has private outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining and BBQ. The apartment Nero is not air conditioned: the thick walls that are a typical feature of the old farmhouses help to maintain the ideal temperature as well during the heat of summer as during the winter.
