Luxury villa with sea views located in the urbanization of Aucanada, Alcudia northern Majorca. This unique property is built in a modern architectural style, with a modern, functional and comfortable interior. The house is distributed on three floors and a roof terrace. Mainlevel: Spacious entrance hall that leads us to the main floor where you have a living room with direct access to the terrace and beautiful sea views, fully equipped modern kitchen with sliding doors (steam oven , fryer, microwave, etc..), on this floor you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs you have four bedroom and two bathrooms; three double bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, one masterbedroom with bathroom in suite ( shower and bathtub) and dressroom. All the rooms have exit to to the terrace At the groundlfoor: a heated indoor pool (winter= 200€ x week ), jacuzzi and gym area, toilet, shower, small lounge area with computer and Internet access, exit to the outdoor pool with children's area and solarium. Also equipped with garage, ping pong table and barbecue. Very easy for Golf players, just few minutes access to Club de golf Alcanada. The Port of Alcudia is a 3km from the house where you will find all the amenites like shops, restaurants,banks....

    “Very nice location with great views of the Bay of Alcudia, the facilities are good, but with deficiencies due to lack of regular maintenance: the pool had at acquisition turbid water. After complaining this was monitored regularly. Broken treadmill, "rustic multifunction Fitness Bank " ping pong table with a defective power system, air conditioning with diesel smell in the bedroom in the 1st level and not adjustable differentiated. The adjacent bathroom, the water supply was central as far runtergeregelt via the inlet, the water trickled from the shower head and almost drops were to be counted. The cistern took a long time to complete refilling with timely new use. The fittings were very attacked and almost no chrome, but that is perhaps the chlorinated water. Traps closures lifted in all bathrooms not fitting. In a sleeping area on the 1st level (children's section), there was bad mattresses with noticeable coil springs. There was little dishes and cutlery, sticky kitchen handles and also partly sticky cabinets.
    Parasols partially with eingerissenem reference. Beach chairs were sufficiently available at the pool. The pool should be better utilized with occupancy of 2 families in layers, because it is not very wide. On the upper balcony there are loose floor timbers and therefore there is risk of falling.
    Di exterior lighting and pool lights were off and had only independently be activated on the fuse box and the timers were programmed to winter time. Only the kitchen was air-conditioned, the upper living area could not be conditioned on its own, which is not necessarily been problematic.
    We have not complained about anything, because as the holiday of relaxation is to serve and not to fret, their own tolerance threshold has been set up.
    However, one must then the price of the house no longer necessarily be described as appropriate.”
