The picturesque covered terrace is furnished for outside dining, whilst the pretty 8 metre pool set down away from the house has ample sun loungers and terraces for soaking up the sun all day. The barbeque kitchen is an added attraction and really complements the outside facilities for those meals "al fresco." In the adjacent pool house there is a shower and WC and a washing machine for your added convenience.

Inside, the house offers an open-plan design. the kitchen has dishwasher and microwave. And the dining / sitting area has a wood burning stove for those early or late season lets when the evenings get a little chilly.

    The house is suitable for 6 adults. Kitchen, dining room and living room are in an open area. In the back of the finca there are three rooms were large enough. 2 rooms with wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom. The 3rd room with double bed has its own bathroom. In each bedroom there is air conditioning. Good kitchen equipment. Terrace and pool are well equipped with chairs, tables and sun loungers.
    Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Evening festivities of adjoining villas (200m and 500m) could be bothersome. Very beautifully landscaped garden. Large pool. The house is about 30 minutes' walk from the town center Polenca. A nice walk through the idyllic valley.
    The house should be renovated, in our opinion in the near future. During thunderstorms rainwater came through the roof, so we had a large puddle in the lounge.
