Two holiday flats in a typical chalet, especially suited for nature lovers

This charming chalet is located in Beauvezer, a mountain village in the Vallée du Haut Verdon at an elevation of 1150 meters above sea level.

The chalet houses two apartments. One is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five people and the second one accommodates eight and is located on the third floor.

The garden, furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue is accessible to the guests of both apartments. The large garden surrounding the house is ideal for kids. There is one parking space in front of the house and more on the other side of the chalet.

The owner lives on the second floor during his holidays.

Beauvezer, a climatic health resort, is a small mountain village in a beautiful setting. It is also called "the pearl of the Verdon". . The town was formerly well known for the production of wool. Nowadays, visitors of the "Maison de Produits de Pays du Haut-Verdon“in Beauvezer can purchase regional products, such as honey, cheese, liquor, jam, wool and candles. There are numerous hiking trails. . Beauvezer is also a popular destination during the winter months, as it is close to Le Seignus and La Foux à Allos. In general, the region offers an abundance of sporting activities, including hiking, canyoning, paragliding, horseback riding, climbing and mountain biking. The Verdon, the Lac d'Allos and the park in Mercantour with its beautiful flora and fauna, are a must see while you are here. . The property is 120 km from Nice, 70 km from Digne-les-Bains and 180 km from Marseille.

The apartment has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140 cm and 150 cm wide). The third bedroom offers a single bed. The other three people are accommodated on a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. There is also a television and a fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is fully furnished with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave and a washing machine. The bathroom boasts a shower, a bidet, a sink and a toilet.
