Enjoy your stay in this holiday and guest apartment in Schallstadt. The house lies just a few kilometres to the south of Freiburg in the Breisgau, in the old centre of Schallstadt. The Markgräflerland with its lush vineyards starts right on the doorstep.

The 50m² apartment is in the light basement of the owners’ single-family house. During the extensive renovation in 2009 they paid attention to an appealing design and modern comfort. The living room faces west, so you can enjoy pleasant light in the evening. The big room features parquet made of Austrian mountain larch and has comfortable armchairs, a dining table, a sideboard and a desk. Alarge HD TV, a Blu-ray player, a selection of films and free wireless Internet access with a very good and fast connection are available for entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a modern bed measuring 155 x 200cm with a foam mattress and elastic Visco cover, as well as a large wardrobe. The supplementary beds measure 100 x 200cm and are in front of the windows. A separate cot with a changing table, a nappy bin and a highchair are available. The daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, extractor fan, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg boiler. The apartment has central heating with radiators in every room, which can be individually regulated.

There is a separate section of garden for holiday guests. In summer there are chairs, deckchairs and a parasol. The garden is fenced and has an entrance for guests. There is also a separate parking space on site right by the entrance to the apartment.

The beautiful holiday apartment was classified by the DTV as three-star in 2009.

The surroundings are rural, but it is nevertheless near town. There are good everyday shopping facilities (incl. REWE with opening hours from 7.00 to 22.00). The spa and thermal baths at Bad Krozingen are also nearby. There are other top thermal baths about 5km away.
