Situation
Catalina is set in a peaceful countryside location, yet within easy reach of the small village of Calonge. This traditional Majorcan village has a variety of stylish furniture and glass shops as well as a small selection of superb restaurants. Only 4.9km. away is the popular resort of Cala d'or that offers a pedestrian area with many shops, restaurants and a lively night live. Cala d'Or also offers a beautiful marina with nice water front restaurants and several sandy coves. Catalina will appeal to those wanting a relaxing setting yet within a short drive of all the resort amenities.

The farmhouse
Catalina is a two-storey property that has retained the traditional country charm. The ground floor boasts a separated spacious kitchen with a table and chairs as well as a bright and spacious dining/living area with a fireplace which patio doors open onto the terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with a lot a natural light; a double and a twin bedroom each with en-suite shower-room. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a separate shower room. An interior stairs leads to the first floor that boasts a spacious bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. This bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the pool area with nice views of the surroundings.

Outdoor
The farmhouse is surrounded by mature gardens containing a variety of fruit and olive trees. The terrace with superb open views of the surroundings has a table and chairs to enjoy a nice meal. Its lovely L-Shaped style pool (7.85mx 3.85m) with roman steps it is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun beds to sunbathe. The house offers also a built-in barbecue and a large lawn garden.

The first cot and highchair are included in the price.

    “A beautiful house in a secluded place. You definitely need a car to get away. A number of things in the house are defective, dishwasher, pizza oven outside, a portion of the exterior.     “The holiday home is photographed already very skilled. It's nice, but also very long in the tooth.
