Two storey holiday house in the countryside

This house is situated in a quiet, rural area in the town of Albons, only four kilometres from the closest beach.

The layout off the holiday home extends over two floors and accommodates four to a maximum of six people. On the ground floor, you will find a vestibule (veranda) with outdoor furniture. A staircase leads up to the living area, which is composed off a hallway with a bedroom with bunk beds to the left. Next, you will find the parents' bedroom furnished with a double bed and a built in closet. Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a sink and a small wardrobe.
The living/dining area is furnished with a sleeper sofa (accommodating two people), a television, a cabinet and an extendable dining table. The fully furnished kitchen is right next to the living/dining area and is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. The cooking appliances run on gas. From the kitchen, you can access a terrace/balcony. The rooms are equipped with mosquito screens on the windows. Wireless internet access is available.

On the outside, there is a garden, a courtyard with a barbecue area and a small kitchen garden. From here, you can enjoy the views over the surrounding fields. Parking spaces for several vehicles are available in the area of the front entrance.

The owners live close by and, if you are interested, offer local products. Before your arrival, the house will get stocked with water, milk, fruit and cookies.

    A great large fridge with large ice compartment makes shopping easier.
    A shower wall instead of the shower curtain would not be bad, but it was synonymous so.

    “The house is beautifully situated in a village. You have to know, however, that the yard is only covered with gravel and the owners go through it up to 20 times a day as they use it as an entrance / exit to their own house. On the ground floor there is the advertised washing machine but no fridge - this (new and large) stands up in the hallway. We have installed 2 times at our own expense a new shower head with hose installed to be able to shower ... I hope the stops now until they come ;-) The garden furniture is limited to a wobbly bench for 2 pers. And a table. No beach chairs (we have a left there). The balcony is very small and for 2 pers. Just large enough. The double bed is only 140 x 180 and has a very old piercing spring core mattress.”
