The apartment enjoys a quiet and central location, only 200 metres from the lake and the centre.

The light and comfortable apartment with modern furnishing is on the top floor of an apartment house. It measures 68m² and offers a very beautiful view of the lake, the surrounding panorama and the outer part of the characteristic centre. It provides ample space for up to 6 guests (+ 1 child in a travel cot, available for use free of charge), comprising a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a small but light and inviting attic room with two single beds (one with several drawers, plenty of space for luggage under the second), as well as a well-stocked box of toys. There is a combined living and dining room with a generous, comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a solid wooden table, six leather chairs, cupboards, satellite TV with an 80cm screen, Wi-Fi, a fireplace stove, lamp, reading armchair, paintings and other accessories. There is a pull-out living room sofa with a mattress top for comfort. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a four-ring electric hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, a little oven (also for pizza9, toaster, plenty of crockery, pots and pans, utensils and a spacious worktop. The bathroom has a WC, a glass shower cubicle, washbasin, mirror, shelving and an additional rack of hooks to hang up towels. The electric radiators and the fireplace stove provide pleasant and cosy warmth in winter. A highchair is available, but please make a not on your booking so it can be prepared in time. Bed linen and tea towels can be provided, but please bring your own hand and shower towels.

You can park your car right in front of the house (one parking space). The apartment has a lockable storage room for bicycles, skis, fishing equipment, pushchairs etc.

The arrival and departure day during the main season is Saturday, at other times it can be arranged flexibly. Note that the apartment must be left clean and tidy, rubbish must be disposed off and used crockery washed up. There is an English and German-speaking contact person.

Owing to the central location, the nearest restaurant is just 50 metres away, and it is 200 metres to the main square with many good restaurants, a coffee house, grocery shops and various other shops (e.g. fishmonger, bicycle/inline skates/scooter sales and rentals, household and electrical items, garden centre) and souvenir shops. The nearest ski lift is only about 350 metres away. The lake and the direct access to the cycle path are 200 metres away. It is 500 metres to a wellness hotel – the largest in the Czech Republic – and 200 metres to the tennis and football ground, bicycle and boat hire, as well as the public beach (sand and pebble). There is also an adjoining playground. It is 7km to Lipno, 25km to Cesky Krumlov, 15km to the Vyssi Brod monastery.

    “Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Dabei wurde zum Glück auf zerbrechliches verzichtet, so dass unser Kleiner ungestört spielen konnte. Er war vorallem von den Spiele- und Bücherkisten in seinem Kinderzimmer begeistert. Besondere Highlights für uns waren der Seeblick vom Schlafzimmer aus und der gemütliche Kamin, der auch in der Wohnung eine gemütliche Lagerfeuerromantik zaubert.
    Laura war total freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.”

    “Die Ferienwohung ist super ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen Flur, ein kleines Badezimer, eine Küche mit allerlei Utensilien - von Kaffeemaschine, über Toaster, Kühlschrank, kleinem Backofen, ausreichend Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck, ...einem urgemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen, tollem Sofa, Esstisch, einem Schlafzimmer und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer - dem Paradies der Kinder mit allerlei Spielzeug. Die Vermieterin hat ein liebesvolles Händchen für Details und eine sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Die Bewohner des Hauses sind sehr freundlich, wenn man denn mal jemanden sieht. :-)
    Die Vermieterin ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns am Anreisetag herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung und auch den dazugehörigen Keller als Unterstellmöglichkeit gezeigt und uns bereits allerhand zu den Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, dem Ort und der nahen Umgebung erzählt. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stand uns ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
    Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir kommen gern einmal wieder.”
