Lovely holiday apartment in a detached villa with a garden, very close to the beach

This splendid villa was built in 2010 and stands alone on a 2000m² very well-maintained garden site with olive trees and a lovely flower garden, with a wonderful panoramic and sea view. The villa is in the Memi area that belongs to Koroni. Smoking is prohibited in the villa.

The interior meets high European standards. The villa provides around 98m² of living space. The living room has two sofa suites, a fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning. It has an open built-in kitchen, fully-equipped, with a four-ring electric stove, an oven, extractor fan, sink, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, extendable table with chairs. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a dresser with a mirror, air conditioning, and access to the balcony with seating. There is another bedroom with a double bed and also with a balcony. One bathroom provides a bath, shower curtain, cupboard with a mirror, a WC, washing machine, while the other bathroom has a shower, shower curtain, cupboard with a mirror and a WC.

In total there are five balconies with a parasol, seating and a great sea view. There is an outdoor shower for washing off sand after visiting the beach, as well as a lovely, furnished, roofed garden pergola with a grill area, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

The owner, a former captain, lives on the ground floor of the house and takes care of guests cordially and discreetly. Pets are not allowed.

There is a taverna right by the beach about 500 metres away and there are two other tavernas in the immediate neighbourhood. There is a fine sandy beach about 700 metres away and a little pebbled bay framed by cliffs with very clear water about 500 metres away. The harbour at Koroni with a seafront promenade about 5km away provides all everyday amenities, such as a butcher, baker, doctors, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, ATM, book shop (daily newspapers), cafés, restaurants, as well as a castle ruin and a park. The nearest airport is Kalamata about 40km away. It is about 300km to Athens along the new motorway.
