Appartements mit herrlichem Panoramablick bis zu den Alpen

Unser Haus befindet sich im Dreiländereck Bayern, Österreich und Böhmen.
Sie wohnen in einem geräumigen, komfortablen Appartement mit kombiniertem Wohn- / Schlafraum und zusätzlichem, separaten Schlafzimmer. Alle Wohnungen sind mit Südbalkon, W-LAN, Radio/CD, SAT-TV, Telefon, Dusche/WC, Föhn, Sitzecke, Couch und komplett eingerichteter Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, ausgestattet.
Alle Appartements sind mit dem Lift zu erreichen und haben direkten Zugang zu allen Einrichtungen des Hauses (Hallenbad, Sauna, Restaurant etc.).
Im Haus: Restaurant mit Wintergarten und Sonnenterrasse, Wellnessbereich mit Hallenbad, Infrarotkabinen und Sauna, kl. Fitnessraum, Massagen, Kosmetik- und Beautyanwendungen.
Für unsere "kleinen" Gäste steht ein großer Abenteuerspielplatz, ein Spielzimmer, ein Mehrzweckfeld (für Fußball, Volleyball, etc.) und ein Freizeitraum (mit Billard, Kicker etc.) zur Verfügung.
Unsere Urlaubsregion am Fuße des Dreisesselberges zählt zu einem der schönsten Wandergebiete des Bayerischen Waldes. Von hier aus ist es auch möglich grenzüberschreitend zu wandern. Neben den Wanderwegen durchziehen auch zahlreiche Radwege unsere Urlaubsregion.

Unsere Appartements (Erdgeschoß - 6. Etage) verfügen alle über einen Wohn- / Schlafraum und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Sie sind ausgestattet mit Bad (Dusche/WC), W-LAN, Föhn, Sitzecke, Couch und komplett eingerichteter Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher etc.

Parkplätze stehen Ihnen im Freien kostenlos zur Verfügung. Alternativ bieten wir auch überdachte Hallenstellplätze oder Einzelgaragen (geg. Gebühr) an.
Im Außenbereich befindet sich unser großer Spielplatz sowie unser Mehrzweckfeld für Fußball, Volleyball etc.

Unser Haus ist ruhig am Waldrand gelegen mit herrlichem Panoramablick bis zu den Alpen.
Unsere Appartements sind alle mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen und haben einen Südbalkon (Gartenstühle und Tisch vorhanden).
Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen Kinderbetten, Hochstühle, sowie Babyaussattung (z. B. Windeleimer, Wickelauflage etc.) kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Der Frühling bezaubert durch sein zartes frisches Grün der Mischwälder und das herrlich bunte Blütenmeer der Wiesen.

Der Sommer bietet mit seinen sonnigen Freiflächen, seinen kühlen Wäldern und seinen warmen Seen vielfältige Freizeit- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten.

Der Herbst besticht durch sein leuchtendes, in allen Farben schillerndes Blätterkleid und bietet Freizeit- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Lust und Laune.

Der Winter präsentiert sich in dieser überaus schneereichen Region in seiner unbeschreiblich schönen weißen Pracht und bietet alle Wintersportmöglichkeiten.
