This pleasant apartment is situated in the fishermen's borough of San Giovanni, a small hamlet approx 1,5 km far from Bellagio historical centre.

This 60 sqm apartment is located at the first floor of an ancient house, just 50 meters from the lake, the most beautiful beaches and the landing stage.

It is well furnished and complete and it is a suitable accommodation for a couple with children and consists of :

A living room with a very comfortable sofa, dining table for 6 and an original fireplace.

One French window lead you onto the terrace which is equipped with table and chairs, opened onto a small inner garden surrounded by the old fishermen's houses.

    “The apartment has thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners were very nice. We were three and the place was just right. After a week, towels and sheets were changed and the bathroom cleaned. The only thing you can complain about perhaps, would be the cleanliness of the refrigerator and the difficult opening the cabinets. To the lake there were only 2 minutes walk, optimally. The church, almost next door starts at 8.00 clock with a chime. We found it very nice, but you are then you definitely awake.
    The small restaurant is the landlord class. The food tastes great and it's not quite as expensive as in Bellagio.
