Apartment in a quiet location with a terrace, communal swimming pool and a playground, near the beach

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a three-storey housing complex, featuring a swimming pool. The house was built in 2008 and boasts an elevator which takes you right down to the basement car park. The housing complex itself is secluded which makes it a suitable place for children. This very quiet apartment is conveniently placed as regards transport facilities, meaning that as an alternative to a day at the beach you always have the choice to take a day trip to Barcelona (a 100km distance) or to Girona (a 35km distance).

The apartment measures 80 m² and offers room for six persons. It boasts two bedrooms each furnished with a double bed. The bathroom comes complete with bath tub. The modern kitchen is fully furnished with all electric devices including microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine as well as crockery. In addition to this, you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the kitchen. The kitchen is next to the living room which is equipped with a dining area, a double sofa bed, hi-fi system and a television set (Tdt HD).

Adjacent to the bathroom there is a small furnished terrace with a sunshade. In the communal basement car park a parking space is allocated to the flat. There are further communal areas in this housing complex which host a number of green spaces and a children’s playground. The communal swimming pool provides for a cool-down and is surrounded by lawns, where aside from the cool water you can also enjoy a relaxing time in the sun.

On your arrival there will be a small brochure for guests providing handy tips on good places to go out and recommendations on sights of interest in the vicinity.

It is a 700 metres distance to the beach and the sea. 100 metres away from the apartment there is a bus stop with frequent bus connections to the neighbouring cities. In the vicinity of 200 metres there is a petrol station and a supermarket. Next to the housing complex there is one further free-of-charge children’s playground as well as a health park where you can keep fit.

    “Clean, well-kept and completed development. The newer superstructure is modern in design. The pool was open in mid-October. The garage is easily accessible by car. There was a reserved and for a car of the upper middle class enough large parking area available.

    A shopping center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In the city takes a walk about 20 minutes.

    The apartment is generously spacious, the layout is good. The balcony with morning sun is located facing the road C65 (southern main access road to the city). Although the house is set back from the street, the traffic is very audible. A balcony with peace is not possible. Since the apartment has a heating / air conditioning system, the windows do not need to be opened. Traffic is perceived less loudly in this way.
