Location

Mulet is located just on the outskirts of the charming and colourful fishing port of Porto Petro; aprox. 450m. away from its lovely promenade. This charming and small port offers some restaurants, a small supermarket, some boutiques and a sandy cove. The Natural Park Mondrago that boasts wonderful unspoiled sandy beaches and different routes where you can enjoy long walks is about 1.8 km away. The tourist resort of Cala Dor with a bustling night life, a wide variety of restaurants, shops and its lovely marina is about 4 km. Santanyí is a typical Majorcan town located about 6km. away that offers a variety of nice restaurants, shops, cafeterias and some art galleries and a well known market

The villa

Mulet is a simple villa located just on the outskirts of Porto Petro yet within a walking distance to facilities that this charming villa offers. It boasts an open living/dining room with two sofas, a stove and a dining table. The kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven and microwave has a small larder. From the kitchen there is access to the stairs that will bring us to the pool area. The villa counts with three twin bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The bedrooms have portable electric heaters.

Outside

From the kitchen an exterior stairs will bring us down to the pool area surrounded by pine trees and bushes, a really relaxing area where we will find the rectangular pool (8m x 5 m. Depth Min. 1m. – Max. 1.90m.) and a tiled terrace with sun beds, the ideal spot enjoy the relaxing and long summery days. There is also a covered terrace by the pool with a portable barbecue, a table and chairs to enjoy delicious “al fresco” meals. In the covered terrace there is a toilet with a wc, shower and the washing machine.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price.

    “The house is really big and the room layout good. You can tell a little, that the house is getting old. That is not disturbing. We thought it was nice. The cleanliness could have been a bit better. The blankets and pillows had some stains and could be changed. The dishes were dirty in the beginning and the fridge a bit sticky. But everything was resolved quickly.
    The location is fantastic. You are in a few minutes at the harbor and at the restaurants. Even a small bay can be reached on foot, or just quickly by car. As a starting point for excursions, the location is also well suited.
    The outdoor area and the pool are well maintained and you have plenty of space. The pool is big and our sons had a blast! Unfortunately, in the time, when we were there (autumn), many small mosquitoes, the an evening stay on the terrace a bit undocked. But nobody can do it for :-).”
