Cosy holiday apartment in alpine surroundings, with a beautiful garden, ideal for a family holiday

The house is in a beautiful spot about 1.5km above Flattach. Owing to the optimal location there is hardly a day when you are not greeted by the sun in the morning.

The fully furnished apartment for up to ten people has its own entrance and measures around 100m². The spacious kitchen provides a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, toaster and all important utensils for cooking and eating. There is also a comfortable sitting area. The living room has three fold-out double sofa beds, a wall cupboard with a stereo system, TV and satellite receiver, video recorder and DVD player. Both bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds and satellite TV. The big bathroom provides a double washbasin, bath, separate shower, bidet and washing machine. There is a separate WC. The apartment has under-floor heating and blinds. The living room and bedrooms have parquet flooring.

The ground-level exit leads to the sunny terrace and you can really enjoy the peace and quiet in the big garden, with plenty of garden furniture, deckchairs, a round bench and a lovely pergola, where you can gather with friends or family. The site measures around 1700m², providing ample space for children to play. It also has a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a little treehouse for children. There are two parking spaces in the car port and one to two other free parking spaces.

A cot, a highchair and a changing table can be provided if required.

The town with its shops is about 1.5km away.

    “Zeer mooi uitzicht, lekker grote woning, we waren met zijn vieren, zeer gastvrije eigenaresse.

    Tuin zeer ruim met een mooie grote trampoline (3 mtr) met veiligheidsnet.

    Grote tuin bestaande uit 3 lagen met op 2 lagen tuinmeubilair.

    Alle mogelijke faciliteiten in huis inclusief droger.

    Geavanceerde geluidmogelijkheid in woonkamer, keuken en badkamer (speakers in het plafond)

    “A wonderful apartment with wonderful hosts. The location is outside the town, but offers a great view, clean air, peace and quiet. Just a few minutes by car from the Moeltaller Ski Zone. The owner is very helpful, very friendly and speaks fluent English. The apartment is neat, spacious, cosy and very practical at the same time. There is a beautiful garden and patio. The place was very clean and warm.”
